UP NHM has the age criteria also for the recruitment of CHO. The maximum age limit for Un-reserved category candidates is 35 years. Age relaxation for reserved category is as per UP state govt rules.
For UP NHM CHO recruitment, selection process is based on Merit. Candidate selection done on the basis of Merit for this examination.
UP NHM CHO salary structure is Rs 20500 + up to Rs 15000 performance-based incentives(PBI). It is also noted that it is required to submit a Surety Bond of Rs. 2.50 Lakh on the Non Judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- must by the candidates at the time of joining as CHO to serve for a minimum of three years at Sub Health Centre level HWC in Uttar Pradesh.

UP NHM CHO Recruitment is selection process of Community Health Officers (CHO) by the Uttar Pradesh National Health Mission.
Currently there is no fee required for this recruitment.
Candidates must have BSc (Nursing) with integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) OR Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) course with an integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from the academic year 2020 & onward from any Institute or University recognized by Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council.
